A cup of cold water on a hot day. A frank conversation which bridged a profound distance.
A promise of refreshment, sustenance, a cup which overflows.
This retreat day is an invitation to pause by the well where Jesus met the Samaritan woman, to consider the deep places from which we draw refreshment, and what it means to encounter the One who sees us as we really are.
